The gym was great alongside the sauna and steam room facilities (separate ones for women as well!) The room was great and was cleaned really well each day. The staff are especially helpful especially Ekrem who went above and beyond every day to help us with things to do and looking after our needs. The food selection for breakfast is also high quality and pleasant.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Lionel Hotel in Istanbul, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome and excellent service provided by the staff. While the hotel's location could have been due to the surrounding factories, the price was reasonable and the hotel offered a peaceful retreat from the bustling city. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, providing a relaxing environment after a day of exploring. Overall, I highly recommend the Lionel Hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. The top-notch service, comfortable accommodations, and reasonable pricing and free parking make it a great choice for a memorable stay in this vibrant city.

Very friendly staff. Nicely laid out reception area. Most spoke some English and quite a few spoke very good English. Our room was awesome we did upgrade to an executive room for €25 p/n well worth it. The restaurant was very well laid out and had nice decor. Food was very good and very reasonable. The wet area pool, saunas & steam room were very inviting as well. They also had very good WiFi which you could stream from.

The Hotel is nicely renovated and has a gym, pool, sauna, steam room and hammam, also a free under ground car park if you decide to hire a car. rooms are of a generous size and spacious, with a topped up mini bar daily.

The amenities were great, gym, sauna and steam room were clean and really made the stay magical. Rooms were amazing with toiletries everything you needed. Staff were amazing and the breakfast was worth every penny. Such a great spread which also included a chef for omelettes. Was such a great start to each day.

The hotel staff were extremely helpful, very friendly and do everything they can to make customers happy. The hotel manager very nice and friendly with customers . Highly recommend this hotel for its service, restaraunt facilities, cleaning service and staff helpfulness. Thank you Lionel Hotel, will definitely come back again.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It is beautiful. Staff is very polite. Rooms seem as if they are soundproof as did not get disturbed at all. Breakfast was awesome. They were very accommodating. Enough beds for us and also a very nice cot. My baby had no problems sleeping in it. Only thing I would say is have a small sheet or blanket for the cot. There was one underneath and my baby slept on that as it was very comfy and very big so baby couldn’t have it on top.
